Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Motion Graphic Designer to join the Wealth Consulting team and level up our brand through engaging visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure everything aligns with our visual and brand guidelines.
Design stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, websites, presentations, and beyond.
Follow the animation styles created by senior designers while adding your own touch with new assets.
Take feedback like a pro and refine your projects to make them even better.
Turn scripts and ideas into storyboards and styleframes using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Adapt and refresh designs to keep things looking fresh and exciting.
Stay ahead of industry trends and tools to keep improving and innovating in your work.
Juggle multiple projects, ensuring everything’s delivered on time without compromising quality.
Keep your files organized for smooth workflows.
Occasionally dive into video editing, color correction, or voice enhancement tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A portfolio that wows, showing at least 3 years of experience in motion design and a knack for creating compelling visuals.
Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong grasp of design principles—typography, layout, compositing—you know the drill.
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for design and aesthetics.
Experience with 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a bonus.
Knowledge of video compression, file formats, plugins, and optimizing content for digital platforms.
Skilled at fine-tuning edit graphs for smooth animations.
Up to speed on AI tools related to motion graphics and video editing.
